We are looking for you as Tax Manager (m/f/d) in the Tax department at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.
Your story begins with us
- Processing the ongoing group tax reporting of the Jack Wolfskin Group according to US GAAP and HGB in cooperation with the finance department and the group tax department
- Monitoring the transfer pricing guidelines for the Jack Wolfskin Group
- Processing of tax returns (corporate income tax, trade tax, VAT) for the German and European companies of the Jack Wolfskin Group and coordination of external tax consultants
- Preparing the advance VAT returns for the German companies and supporting the advance returns of the European subsidiaries in cooperation with the finance department
- Clarification of tax issues relating to day-to-day business
- Support for external and special tax audits
- Contact person for the Group tax department (USA), auditors, tax authorities and tax consultants in Germany and abroad
Your experience
- Degree in business administration, finance or law with a focus on tax law or comparable training or further training as a tax specialist
- 4-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the tax department of an international company or a national tax consultancy firm
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes and SAP
- High level of commitment and enjoyment of new and changing challenges
- Goal-orientated, independent and self-reliant
