Your adventure begins in Idstein as a Junior Designer Apparel.
The story begins
  • Design, development and presentation of brand- and market-oriented products and product concepts in compliance with quality and product requirements
  • Creation of overarching design themes and their implementation in season and line
  • Redefinition of products through own creativity, acceptance of external impulses and specifications
  • Implementation of the product idea into a marketable product in close cooperation and communication with the development team, technology, purchasing and sourcing
  • Maintaining, updating and further developing existing products in terms of material and function
  • Developing a cross-collection and cross-range color concept for each season in close collaboration with the Lead Apparel team based on suggestions, trends and market requirements
  • Existing products are checked for their consistency and market success and adapted, expanded and revised accordingly to the color concept of the respective season
  • Evaluation of prototypes and advice on technical product development
  • Collaborate closely with development & PM's
Your proven path
  • University degree in fashion design or clothing design
  • Alternatively, at least 1-3 years of professional experience in a creative team in the functional clothing industry
  • Understanding of processes in product development, production and procurement
  • Experience in project work
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Confident handling of design and construction software Adobe Cloud & MS Office, 3-D an advantage
  • Travel activity: trade fairs, store checks, (max. 2 weeks per year)
  • Independent, creative and communicative
