We are looking for you as HR Specialist (Retail) (m/w/d) in the People & Culture department at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.
Your story begins with us
- HR work for our retail stores from A for employment contract to Z for certificate preparation
- Maintenance of the payroll program and the time recording system
- Operational time management including the topic of eAU and its processing
- Advising managers and employees in all HR-related areas
- Preparation of various evaluations and statistics
- Collaboration in HR projects
Your experience
- Completed commercial training, preferably with HR-specific specialist training (e.g. HR specialist) & at least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector
- Knowledge in the areas of social security, payroll tax and labor law is an advantage
- Initial experience in project work, especially in the area of automation and digitization of processes desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English skills and strong communication skills
- Team player with a high level of loyalty and social skills
- Sense of responsibility, absolute reliability and a quick grasp of things
- Confident in using Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with time management and/or billing programs
