With a registered customer account, you are able to manage your personal and log-in details as well as save different delivery addresses. Here you also have the option of setting your preferred store under “My store”.
After setting your preferred store, you can see whether it has the particular item you are looking for in the product pages. The option “Click & Reserve” enables you to then reserve the item in your store. If the item is not available in your store, the “Click & Collect” function enables you to have the item in your size sent to your store.
As a registered customer, you can add the item to your wish list quickly and easily. You also have an overview of your current and previous orders. If you have also registered for our loyalty programme, you also have the option to see how many bonus points you’ve earned.
What is more, you do not have to type in your billing and delivery address with every new order, unless you decide to have the order delivered to an alternative address. For your own security, we deliberately do not save your payment details.
