If you are at least 18 years old and your permanent residence is in the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you are eligible to join the Jack Wolfskin Membership Programme.
You can register by simply completing the registration form. You will then receive an email that you need to activate. This is achieved by clicking on the activation link to complete your registration.
As a member of the Jack Wolfskin Outdoor Community, you are entitled to a host of benefits, including vouchers, services at lower prices, pre-sale promotions, exclusive events, prize draws and other interesting offers.
Benefits vary, depending on your respective status level. You can refer to a listing with your current benefits by logging into your membership account.
What’s more, you can collect bonus points on your purchases and other activities that you can convert into bonus vouchers.
You will receive bonus points credited to your personal membership account for every purchase of goods eligible for bonus points in the official Jack Wolfskin online shop of the country in which you have registered for the Membership Programme. .
Bonus points are calculated as follows: the purchase price is multiplied by 5 and then rounded up or down to the nearest whole number. Exceptions to the above rule can be promotions running for a limited period where you may get more or fewer bonus points (e.g. promotions with double points). There are no bonus points with the following items: purchase of vouchers and gift cards, P&P, services, as well as for items from third-party manufacturers.
Bonus points are “put on hold” for the first 35 days following purchase due to the possible returns period. Bonus points are credited to your membership account once the 35-day period has lapsed.
Bonus points may also be won during special promotions that run for a limited period. We may change, remove or add promotions featuring bonus points at our discretion.
Your bonus points are credited to your membership account and added to your total on an ongoing basis. You can find out your current number of bonus points by logging in to your membership account.
If you notice the bonus points that you have collected are missing from your membership account, it is possible that you did not log in to your membership account prior to making the purchase. This is also important if you opt for express payment (e.g. PayPal Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Here, too, you must be logged in to your membership account, in order to collect bonus points. Our Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist you in crediting your membership account with the respective number of bonus points. Simply get in touch with them.
Please also remember that bonus points are deducted from your membership account when goods are returned. Furthermore, there are no bonus points for vouchers, gift cards or for items from third-party manufacturers. You will only receive bonus points for purchases in the country in which you have registered for the member programme.

Once you have collected 500 points, you can exchange your bonus points for bonus vouchers at fixed levels. 500 points correspond to a voucher worth 5 euros. Log in to your membership account to convert your points into vouchers. Bonus vouchers are valid for 6 months after issue. You can redeem your bonus voucher in a Jack Wolfskin store, Jack Wolfskin franchise store or in the official Jack Wolfskin online shop.
Bonus vouchers can only be redeemed in the country in which you have registered for the Membership Programme. Each bonus voucher may only be used once and for the entire amount. If the value of the voucher exceeds the sum of your purchase, the remaining amount expires. You may only redeem one bonus voucher per purchase. A bonus voucher may not be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
If the voucher is not redeemed within the validity period, it will automatically expire. No cash alternative of the voucher amount is permitted. Likewise, any leftover sum on the voucher may not be set off against future purchases.
Where a purchase using a bonus voucher is returned in full / as a result of a complaint, the number of bonus points allotted to the voucher is once again credited to your membership account.
You will find your Welcome voucher in your membership account. We will also notify you of your voucher via email. Please activate your voucher in your membership account.
You can then redeem it once in the official online shop within 6 months of issue. The Welcome voucher can only be redeemed in the country in which you have registered for the Membership Programme.
The more active you are in our community, the more bonus points you will collect (either as a result of your purchases or other activities such as taking part in surveys and events) and, hence, you will climb up the levels, from Valley to Mountain until you reach Peak.
Higher levels will bring additional benefits. You can refer to a listing showing your current benefits by logging into your membership account.
There are three levels in the Jack Wolfskin Membership Programme.
Level 1 (Valley) is the initial level for members with 0–2,499 level points.Level 2 (Mountain) corresponds to 2,500–4,999 level points.Level 3 (Peak) is a level for members with 5,000+ level points.
You can climb levels (Mountain or Peak) by attaining the number of points associated with the respective level within a period of 12 months.
If you attain the number of bonus points for the Mountain or Peak level, you will remain in this level for 12 months.
After 12 months, you level is recalculated according to your current number of bonus points.
You can see your current level and the benefits associated with it by logging in to your membership account.
Bonus points: these are points that you collect for your purchases and other activities. You can exchange these bonus points for bonus vouchers. Redeeming your bonus points does not have any effect on your level status. Your level will expire 12 months after collecting them.
Level points: you will automatically receive a level point for every bonus point collected. The number of level points determine your status, i.e. whether you are Level 1 (Valley), Level 2 (Mountain) or Level 3 (Peak). If you attain a higher level, this will remain in force for the next 12 months.
You can leave the Jack Wolfskin Outdoor Community at any stage and without giving any notice period by simply sending an email to info@jack-wolfskin.com. Please quote your Member ID. Otherwise, you can log in to your membership account and cancel your membership yourself.
Any bonus points that have been collected but not redeemed will automatically expire at the same time as you leave the Jack Wolfskin Outdoor Community.
